Welcome to fiona Systems Integration!  My name is Ricardo Gomez and I am an I.T. consultant providing solutions for small to medium sized businesses for over 11 years.

I have been able to stay in business during one of the most difficult economic times for one primary reason:  excellent customer service.  I have clients that I have provided services for over 10 years due to this reason.  Excellent customer service include:  prompt resolution to issues, cost-effectiveness and attention to my clients I.T. needs.  I have learned how to provide excellent service by providing it for over 25 years as a consultant and working for various corporations.

Most importantly to remember is that I would not install or recommend any product or service that I would not use for my own business.  Because of this, I still have server computers still in operation since 2003!  When I install a system, I expect it to last.
